TheSixthAxisDominic LeightonFeb 20257/10Dog Man: Impawsible Mission is a light and breezy platformer that will keep fans of the books happy for a number of hours. However, parents might need to be on hand to get past some of the trickier sections.

MKAU GamingHayden NelsonJan 20258/10Dog Man: Mission Impawsible is a fantastic little title if you want to sit down on the couch and just immerse yourself into a great little side scroller. I’ve been getting more and more into my handheld gaming and this was a great little title that kept me amused for a good amount of time over the holiday season.

Thumb CultureDec 20244/5 starsDav Pilkey’s world of Dog Man has been recreated lovingly. I’m sure he would be proud of the game. Dog Man: Mission Impawsible is platforming at its best. It’s also a lot of fun to play through. I’ve spent a few evenings playing the game along with the TC Mini Crew and it’s given me an experience that can’t be replaced. Those core memories will live with me for a lifetime. Dog Man: Mission Impawsible receives the Thumb Culture Gold Award.

CompletexboxJordan CampbellMar 202560/100For those who have never heard or engaged with anything Dog Man related, you may find this just an average platformer. It very much is just that when it comes to how it feels to play. Having watched the movie I did feel like I understood the mechanics better and why the characters intertwine within levels to work with certain elements. It is a faithful nod to the brilliant cartoon design of the books, a few of which I have purchased for my Dog Man obsessed little lad. If you’re after a family friendly platforming title that even smaller children can enjoy, then Dog Man is worth your time. Those who enjoy a challenge however, may find this a little on the easy side.
