Sir, You Are Being Hunted is a procedurally-generated British horror in which tweed-wearing robots hunt you for sport. Roam the landscape, scavenge for food, hide breathlessly in the undergrowth, flee in terror, and even fight back with stolen weapons.

EurogamerDan WhiteheadMay 20147/10Anyone who followed the game through its early-access period - which has now come to an end - will have seen how it has evolved in leaps and bounds. But it still has some way to go to truly fulfil its potential. The later hours of the game, in particular, feel like they need a little extra something to make finding those last few crystals into a gameplay crescendo instead of an exhausted stagger over the finish line. Even so, I've found myself going back to it, starting new worlds while juggling others in progress - largely because, even in the cramped indie survival game genre, there's nothing quite like Sir, You Are Being Hunted.

DestructoidAlasdair DuncanJul 20147/10With too many enemies present, Sir, You Are Being Hunted would simply be an open-world shooter, but with too few, it would be boring. While many might find its empty spaces dull, they always carry with them a hidden threat that a pipe-smoking robot has you in its crosshairs with its steely finger on the trigger.

GameSpotMay 20144/10Sir, You Are Being Hunted doesn't execute on the premise in its own name.

GamingTrendLex TylerMay 201455/100After eight months in Steam Early Access, Sir, You Are Being Hunted is out of beta. Unfortunately, it still feels a little under-baked. There isn't enough content or complexity here to warrant Sir's length on a single playthrough, let alone on multiple playthroughs. Sir, You Are Being Hunted has a delightful sense of humor, but it's just not enough to carry the rest of the experience.
