"Photograph's big secret is that it's not a puzzle game. It's five puzzle games. The game is divided into five distinct stories, set in five different times and locations, A player will learn how to solve progressively difficult puzzles in one story, and then move to the next story which has completely different gameplay.

Gaming FyxPat CotterOct 20192/5 starsI hate to say it, because I’m a fan of Redwood’s work, but you’d be better served to revisit one of his classics over playing Photographs. The weak narrative elements combined with overly simple and poorly expanded puzzling segments makes for quite the whiff for me.

Rock, Paper, ShotgunJohn WalkerApr 2019Photographs is a very novel experience (well, a very short story experience, fnarr), lovingly crafted, if not fully composed. I don’t love it as a puzzle game, but it’s a vignette of vignettes, and I like it for that.
