IGNWill BorgerMay 20267/10I wish Thick as Thieves had more to do overall, but it’s hard to find much fault with the stealthy co-op heists that are here.

Gaming AgeMatthew PolleselJul 20268/10There’s no denying that Thick As Thieves is fun for what it is. It’s the kind of game where you’ll experience everything it has to offer and you’ll come away wanting more – and even if we don’t get it, the price here probably makes this bite-sized offering too good to pass up.

Thumb WarsLiam MageeMay 20264/5 starsWhile playing Thick as Thieves, I found myself often enjoying the landscape of the game world, both inside the maps and out, as they were well designed with most rooms having a reasonable amount of detail, if not a lot. The gameplay of Thick as Thieves is a lot of fun, allowing stealth players to use all they have mastered, along with various tools, to their advantage in order to steal everything that isn’t nailed down. In regard to the game’s story, it was really interesting to see, as it didn’t just explore the game as we explored it, but it also expanded upon what we didn’t see and the hidden lore that was buried within.

But Why Tho?Eddie De SantiagoMay 20265.5/10With updates, Thick as Thieves has the potential to deliver a more exciting heist simulator, but it won’t do that with just two characters and two maps to choose from. For now, all it provides is mindless repetition and half-baked stealth.

WayTooManyGamesKyle NicolMay 20265.5/10Thick As Thieves is not a completely bad game, and there is genuinely the foundation for something better here, but as it stands, it is an underwhelming stealth experience. The core ideas have some promise, yet they are wrapped in a bare-bones package that does not offer much of an interesting challenge unless you push through repetitive contracts just to unlock the difficulties where the game actually starts to come alive.
