The Outerhaven ProductionsI was never the biggest fan of Path of Exile—its overly complex systems always scared me off. But with Path of Exile 2, Grinding Gear Games has done the unthinkable. The changes to systems that bothered me from the first game. They’ve crafted an ARPG that’s not only more accessible but also improves on everything from the first game. It dials the experience up to 11, making it nearly impossible to put down. This is an enjoyable and approachable ARPG that practically begs to be played.
Game RantJosh CottsDec 20249/10After over 50 hours with Path of Exile 2's early access, I feel I've only scratched the surface of what could become one of the best ARPGs ever made.

MMORPG.comMitchell GassnerFeb 20259/10There are some perfectly good reasons to stay clear of PoE2 until it reaches full release in the future. If you start playing right now, you only get part of the full game. There are only three acts and half of the characters. Some of the gameplay and core mechanics will change over time, and there are still plenty of bugs, some of them game-crashing, to contend with.

GamingBoltRavi SinhaDec 20248/10Path of Exile 2 is everything you could want in a sequel, providing nearly unmatched build-crafting, stunning environments, and engaging boss fights. Even in its current state, the title of "ARPG King" is only a matter of time.
