The Outerhaven ProductionsScott AdamsMay 20245/5 starsStellar Blade is a phenomenal game that will have you slaughtering Naytibas all day long as you work on perfecting your craft with Eve. For Shift Up's first console game, Stellar Blade is, well, Stellar.

ImpulsegamerAndrew PaulApr 20245/5If you're undecided, go out and check the demo out for Stellar Blade but if you're seeking a challenging yet rewarding third person action game, this title hits the mark and more than likely Game of the Year!

GameSpewRichard SeagraveApr 202410/10More than just a Soulslike with a protagonist to serve as eye-candy, Stellar Blade has far surpassed our expectations, offering varied gameplay, outstanding visuals, a sublime soundtrack and an engaging story. It's a must-play for action game fans.

Slant MagazineJustin ClarkMay 20242.5/5 starsHad Eve been a character with agency and personality, who actually responded to the drooling and leering that she’s meant to embody, well, she’d be Bayonetta. If her emptiness was hiding deep existential secrets that the game revealed with patience and empathy, she’d be 2B. Instead, Eve is a busty, long-legged cipher of a doll who has no idea just how far up her hind quarters the game’s camera is designed to go, and seems somehow quite comfortable wearing sci-fi heels that make her feet look like horse hooves. Perhaps it’s unfair for this to be the sole focus for some players, but, unfortunately, there isn’t a whole lot else going on to draw their gaze away from it.

VideoGamerJack WebbApr 20246/10If you take just the combat and the music from Stellar Blade, you’ve got a fantastic game. Sadly, this is not the whole package.
