What comes over
- Every game on the list you paste, matched on IGDB
- A rating on a line (★★★★½, 4.5/5, 9/10) makes that game a log
- Games under a Backlog or Wishlist line join your queue
- The rest arrive as cards you confirm
How
- Copy your games from Backloggd, one per line (typing them works too)
- Paste the list on the game list card
- Your games are matched in the background; your taste profile appears as it goes
What Taste Buds adds
- Films, series, books and albums on the same profile, so your taste is read across all of it
- The odds you'll like a game before you buy it, from what you've rated
- Your Steam playtime, if you connect Steam
- A release calendar of the games, films and albums coming, in your order
Worth knowing
- Backloggd has no export yet (it's on their roadmap), so this works from a list you paste. When they add one, we'll take the file.
- Backloggd's journal and game community go deeper on games than we do; Taste Buds is new and in beta.
- We never sign in to Backloggd or read it for you.
