Rememoried is an independent video game, a virtual place where memories change to dreams and the only possible way is forgetting, which becomes a mechanism for proceeding to the next layer of dreams. The Surrealist explorative first-person adventure game.

CGMagazineAleksander GilyadovOct 20157/10Rememoried is a visual feast with some clever puzzles, but there's a much better game waiting to be made.

GamePittRob PittMay 20187.5/10Rememoried is an artistic game which revolves around simple puzzles and exploration of small environments. Technically there isn't a 'story' which I could piece together, but rather a combination of various different thoughts and dreams all combined into a beautiful looking experience. The core mechanic revolves around seeking a way out of each instance and platforming, platforming which can get frustrating and seem impossible at times yet also therapeutic and relaxing in other places. Visually the game is gorgeous, the music is perfectly suited to each situation, and the voice-over work fits in really well with the 'dream' aesthetic.

TheXboxHubGareth BrierleyDec 20173/5 starsAt the end of the day, Rememoried is an artistic experiment that tries to be a game. There isn’t a story to speak of, but rather a collection of thoughts and comments on the philosophy of the soul and/or journey in the universe. It has problems as a game, especially in the platforming sections and it has some very uneven voice work. Visually is where its strengths lie and it does this very well indeed.

Digitally DownloadedMatt SainsburyApr 20183/5 starsIn contrast to its beautifully elegant and minimalist cousin, Proteus, which I referred to at the start, Rememoried is hauntingly beautiful and has a far greater depth of emotional substance. But it is begging us, as players, a little to hard to embrace it and recognise its genius.
