DualShockersAug 20269/10The Sinking City 2 is an absolute triumph, not only due to its harrowing real-world origins, but because of how Frogwares masterfully crafted a survival horror game as their first product in the genre.

Duuro MagazineKrist DuroAug 20269.5/10The Sinking City 2 is one of the biggest surprises I have played in a long time. It takes the familiar structure of modern Resident Evil, fills it with a fascinating Lovecraftian world, and gives the nightmare a sincere love story worth fighting through. Frogwares has created a phenomenal survival horror game, and I absolutely adored it.

ShacknewsAidan O'BrienAug 20267/10Mostly, it’s a solid evolution for Frogwares, and it makes me very curious about their next game. I hope it’s a survival horror, and they find the opportunity and inspiration to really push at the boundaries of the genre, as all the signs point to them having a lot more to offer here.
