ThisGenGamingJustin OneilNov 20227.5/10Asterix & Obelix XXXL: The Ram From Hibernia manages to be a fun, family friendly top-down beat ‘em up that will also make you laugh. The main things I hold against it is that there isn’t a lot of variety in the gameplay and it won’t last you more than a few hours most likely. I would personally wait on a sale to get this one as it is much easier to recommend for a lower price.

ImpulsegamerTony SmithNov 20223.5/5If you love Asterix and Obelix, then Asterix & Obelix XXXL: The Ram From Hibernia is definitely a game for you … or if you're after a family friendly title, then The Ram From Hibernia will definitely keep everyone invested. All in all, an enjoyable title on the Xbox Series X that is also quite short that will keep the attention of younger gamers.

EntertainiumEduardo RebouçasNov 2022Even die-hard fans of the comic books should look elsewhere if they’re in the market for an Asterix game as Asterix & Obelix XXXL: The Ram From Hibernia just isn’t worth it. If you were to pick one of those up, I would probably point you to an earlier entry in the series, Asterix & Obelix XXL2: Mission Las Vegum, which was recently re-released on Switch and is all-around a much more well put together and fun game.

NoobFeedKurtis SeidNov 202255/100Asterix & Obelix XXXL: The Ram From Hibernia doesn’t do much to stand out. It can provide similar action to those that have already gone through all of the other Asterix and Obelix action games. Even then, those interested should consider a price drop from the current $30 price. For new players, one should, at minimum play Asterix and Obelix XXL Romastered and Asterix and Obleix XXL 2: Mission Las Vegum first before considering this spiritual sequel.
