"Inversus is a minimalist action-strategy shooter for one to four friends. It's reminiscent of the board game Othello, except it's running in real time and everyone has guns. Player movement is constrained to opposite colors of a black and white grid.

DestructoidChris CarterAug 20169.5/10It's tough to describe how amazing Inversus feels on paper, but once you pick it up for the first time you'll understand. The economy of bullets, sneaky homegrown tactics, a slight concession for solo players, and a robust multiplayer component with an array of maps? It's a no-brainer.

giant.moeStephen TordoffAug 20165/5 starsInversus is an exceptionally well-crafted game, and the thoughtful touches and well-balanced mechanics elevate it far beyond its simple core. Pretty much every element of the game feels like someone spent hours thinking about how to make it just right. This is an excellent game, and I had a huge amount of fun playing it.
