It’s the greatest Star Wars game of all time next to Star Wars Battlefront II (the 2005 version, not 2017). With an amazing story, memorable combat experiences, and the fantastic lightsaber action, Jedi Outcast’s flaws become insignificant next to the power of the Force.

Pure NintendoDavid TempleOct 20197/10Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast is a bit of a grind at the beginning, but if you can endure the first part then the game will open up into Jedi Force battles and light saber combat which will make all the Star Wars fans happy. For the cost of the game (currently only $9.99), it's worth putting in your rotation.

PlayStation UniverseJohn-Paul JonesSep 20195/10Jedi Outcast then is still capable of delivering modest morsels of Star Wars infused fun, it's just a shame that while the lack of effort which has been made with the port justifies its budget price, it does not make magically make a 2002 title equally as compelling in 2019. Here's hoping that next year's remaster of Star Wars Jedi Knight III: Jedi Academy is better, because the force is not quite so strong with this one.
