GameGrinDylan PamintuanNov 20239.5/10Bzzzt is definitely everything I want in a retro-style platformer. It's fun with great controls and music to make you keep going even after 100 deaths. I cannot recommend this game enough.

God is a GeekLyle PendleSep 20248/10BZZZT might not be a game that breaks the platforming mould, but it's a hell of a good time with tight controls and varied stages.

Cubed3Coller EntragianApr 20257/10Bzzzt is a solid bite-sized action platformer that is elevated thanks to its incredible pixel art and music. The generic story won't be the reason why anyone plays it and might make the game forgettable, but the gameplay and challenge leave a lingering impression. For its price, there is no going wrong with it, and fans of the genre will be engaged by its tight mechanics.

WayTooManyGamesOliver ShelldingSep 20247/10I never quite got over busting myself down to the very easy difficulty, though it actually made the game both fun and attainable while still being shockingly hard. BZZZT takes no prisoners and you shouldn’t expect mercy if you plan to spend any time with this game whatsoever. If you like to bleed, strap in. If you don’t, you might want to find another robot with whom to party.
