NintendoWorldReportJordan RudekOct 20209/10Electronic Super Joy 2 is even more of a joy to play than the first game, and it makes a welcome addition to any platforming fan's Switch library. As long as you know that it's much more metal than Mario, those seeking a serious and satisfying challenge are sure to find it here. You might not want sexual moaning with your running and jumping, but don't let that dissuade you from an excellent gameplay experience.

Seafoam GamingConnor NicholsFeb 20217/10In conclusion, Electronic Super Joy II is more of the same goodness that the original game had, only with not quite the same level of excitement. There’s still tons of well-made challenging platforming levels to enjoy here, even without the two DLC packs, and this works as a perfect bonus for those who enjoyed the other games in the ESJ series, but for a sequel it definitely doesn’t feel all too “new”, just more of the same, solid platforming action as before, only with not nearly as many of the absolutely outstanding levels that the first game had.
