CGMagazineJordan BiordiNov 20158/10I honestly don't see where all the hate for this game is coming from; Animal Crossing: Amiibo Festival is an enjoyable board game that blends in the elements of Animal Crossing perfectly.

DualShockersAllisa JamesNov 20156.5/10Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival is a fun and entertaining party game featuring cute little animal people (or people-people) you can play with your family. And it doesn't hurt that the title itself is free to download, although you need at least one amiibo to play the game. If you have needs that lie outside of those above listed properties you may be better off searching for another title altogether.

Digitally DownloadedMatt SainsburyDec 20153/5 starsAll of that being said, I do have to point out that for people with young families, this is a good Christmas purchase. It's simple enough for people of all ages to enjoy, and, as I've already mentioned a couple of times through the review, it's utterly adorable.

EurogamerChris SchillingNov 2015Too gentle and sweet to warrant the online bile, this board game spin-off is nevertheless a very limited and repetitive stopgap.

GameZoneJames WynneNov 2015Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival is cute, but it's more of a sleep aid than a video game. It may be a good purchase for small children that want to sit around with their parents and use the game as a somewhat interactive storybook, with minigames so easy even the old fogies can play with them. Other than that? Maybe some really die-hard Animal Crossing fans could enjoy this.
