Adolfo Bioy Casares (Buenos Aires, 15 de septiembre de 1914-Buenos Aires, 8 de marzo de 1999) fue un escritor argentino, considerado uno de los autores más importantes de su país y de la literatura en español, siendo traducido a más de dieciséis idiomas y galardonado con el Premio Cervantes en 1990.
